1.Listen | Site Survey. Communication is the key and never is this more important than at the beginning of the project. As well as listening and asking questions to help us understand your goals we utilize a "Site Survey" to help us determine your exact requirements.

2. Brief and Contract. A specific job description is drafted that will outline the key points of the project as well as describing the structure and general content of the website. Our aim with this stage is to put down on paper all of the tasks we have been asked to perform, so you, the client know exactly what is happening, is about to happen and what it will cost.

3. Get Organized. Now that the vision is on paper, we sit down and start the preliminary blue-prints for your web project. This is primarily organizing content and putting together a project folder containing images, branding and text content. Like baking a cake we assemble all of the ingredients first so the baking and mixing process is done in an organized manner. During this phase we also design the "theme" of the site. The theme is how the site looks and feels and this will be presented to you in jpg format.

4. Design & Perfect. Now that the theme has been approved and the content is more or less collated, we take the sketches and bring them to life by producing a web version of the home page of your site.
We provide you with a link to this prototype page so you can help us perfect the design until it is a perfect expression of our combined vision.

5. Site build. With the prototype approved and the content ready to go we finally get to construct the core of the website. Once again a link to the work in progress site will be supplied so that you can monitor and critique the work in progress.

6. Testing and fine tuning. This is a vital stage in production as it is the time to fine tune and perfect every page. During this stage we also add SEO (search engine optimization) components.

7. Go live. The site is signed off and we make the website live to the public. All of our websites are installed with Google Analytics. This is a free enterprise class web traffic analyzing tool that provides a wealth of in-depth information about who is using your site.
